Tech Term 2 Week 3

For tech this week i had Food Tech. In the first session I made Jam Tarts they were really nice.

In the second session I made Banana Chocolate chip muffins they were soft, golden brown and they were really nice.

In the third session I made self crusting quiche it was so good.

  In the last session I had to make one of the above but i had to make 2 changes so I made the Chocolate chip muffins and I added white chocolate to the inside of the muffins and I put melted milk chocolate on the top of them.
